The Golden Globe Awards Nominations and Winners 2013

The Golden Globe Awards are determined by members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) recognizing excellence in film and television, both domestic and foreign. In 1943 a group journalists established the HFPA and today represents 55 countries. The nominees for the 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards were announced Thursday morning December 12, 2013.  The awards were presented to the winners on Sunday, January 12.
