“Planes Fire & Rescue” is the upcoming animated film from Disney about the firefighting and rescue planes devoted to protecting a historic National Park from wildfire. Disney’s description:
“Planes Fire & Rescue is a new comedy-adventure about second chances, featuring a dynamic crew of elite firefighting aircraft devoted to protecting historic Piston Peak National Park from raging wildfire. When world famous air racer Dusty learns that his engine is damaged and he may never race again, he must shift gears and is launched into the world of aerial firefighting. Dusty joins forces with veteran fire and rescue helicopter Blade Ranger and his courageous team, including spirited super scooper Dipper, heavy-lift helicopter Windlifter, ex-military transport Cabbie and a lively bunch of brave all-terrain vehicles known as The Smokejumpers. Together, the fearless team battles a massive wildfire and Dusty learns what it takes to become a true hero.”

They’re almost here…meet the future leaders from DreamWorks Animation’s upcoming feature film “Home” in the short film “Almost Home”. The optimistic Boov will invade Earth in their attempt to escape from their enemy, but one Boov teams up with a resourceful teen when he is banished.
The feature film Home is based on the critically-acclaimed book “The True Meaning of Smekday,” by Adam Rex. When the galaxy’s most annoyingly optimistic alien finds himself on the run from his own alien race, he’s forced to team up with a fiercely stubborn teenage girl. Together they become the most unlikely fugitives ever to save the planet.

“Star Wars – The Clone Wars” will end with the sixth and final season. The Emmy® Award-winning animated series last season “The Lost Missions” begins March 7th. “Some of the deepest mysteries of the conflict between the light and the dark sides of the Force are revealed. An intrepid clone trooper discovers a shocking secret; Anakin Skywalker’s closest relationship is tested to its limits and what Master Yoda discovers while investigating the disappearance of a Jedi could forever change the balance of power in the galaxy.” According to Netflix’s description for the final 13 episodes.

“Fantastic Mr. Fox” is an adaptation of Roald Dahl’s children’s novel enhanced with details from Dahl’s “Danny The Champion Of The World”. The stop-motion animated film from director Wes Anderson (The Grand Budapest Hotel, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums) features the voices of George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, and Jason Schwartzman. Written by Wes Anderson and Noah Baumbach.
The 2009 film will be released by the Criterion Collection with “interviews, puppets, and props—oh my! This new trailer is a sneak preview of what our bursting-at-the-seams special edition of Wes Anderson’s Fantastic Mr. Fox has to offer, from behind-the-scenes footage to a cartoon Jarvis Cocker” according to Criterion.
