Why Does My Screenplay Have to be Industry Standard Format?
I don’t have special software to format my screenplay…
Screenplay submissions should be in the U.S. Motion Picture industry standard screenplay format and must be between 75-125 pages in length. The format ensures that our judging committee – all of which have read hundreds if not thousands of scripts – can easily read your submission. And you don’t need special software…for example, if you have Microsoft Word, do a Google search for “word format screenplay” and you will find numerous options.
